bk1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the platform or to other players.

Clause 5.1

Grounds for Suspension

Grounds for account suspension include but are not limited to: providing false registration information; operating multiple accounts; depositing from third-party payment sources; suspected money laundering or fraud; age verification failure; bonus abuse; use of automated software or bots; breach of any clause of these Terms; or any conduct that bk1111 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful or abusive.

Clause 5.2

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, bk1111 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full. Where closure is due to other breaches, the remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds) will normally be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification checks.

Voluntary Account Closure

Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are processed with immediate effect. Standard voluntary closures are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.

Internet Connectivity: bk1111 is not responsible for any losses arising from interrupted, delayed, or failed internet connections on the player's side, regardless of network provider.
